Corrections and right of reply

If an item concerns your organisation and is inaccurate, incomplete or unfair, write in. Point at the specific page and say what is wrong. Items are corrected or removed on the facts, without argument and without needing a legal letter first. If you want a statement published alongside an item, send it.

Everything else

• Sources. Questions about where an item came from or which report it was drawn from.
• Takedown requests, including from individuals named in incident reporting.
• Data protection. Access, erasure and objection requests under UK GDPR. See the privacy policy for what is recorded.

What this address cannot do

This is not an incident response service. If you are under attack right now, contact your own responders or your national CERT — in the UK, the NCSC. Requests for sponsored posts or link placement are declined.

Response times

Corrections are prioritised and usually handled within a day or two. Other messages may take longer. Everything is read.
